Remember how I said that I make lists all of the time?  Well, this morning, I thought I would share what’s on my list for this week:

There’s so much going on this month at work, it’s a bit hard for me to fully wrap my head around everything.  Prioritizing is not easy when every deadline is pretty much on the same day.

This week, we’re facing baking for Rosh Hashana (honey cakes, apple cakes and rugelach) as well as working on the party favors for New England Home’s 5under40 big event next week.  Curious about 5under40?  Check it out here.  We are thrilled to be able to be a part of this event and cannot wait to share the details of this project with you.

What does ‘baking for Rosh’ mean to babycakes?  Well, here are some specifics:  we’re expecting to bake between 4-5,000 rugelach and over 500 honey cakes in addition to everything else we deliver on an average September week.
