Where are you located?

Bisousweet is located in Shirley, Massachusetts. We are a wholesale bakery and bake in a 5,000 square foot commercial kitchen.

How will my order be shipped and what are my shipping options?

Your order will be shipped within two business days, or as soon as possible, and will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note: we do not ship on Fridays.

What days do you ship and deliver?

We ship packages Monday through Thursday.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, no.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Of course! Not a problem at all.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

At this time, we only deliver within the United States.

How do I know if my package was delivered?

You will receive an email from us letting you know that we received your order. You will receive another email from us when your package ships. This email will contain tracking information and will allow you to see exactly when your package will arrive at its final destination.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

#1: Don’t panic. #2: Email us at sales@bisousweet.com or call the bakery at 978-425-5627. We will do our absolute best to help you with your order.

Do you do custom orders?

No, not at this time.

Large Orders and Corporate Gifts?

Large orders? We are more than happy to ship large orders as well as arrange and send out corporate gifts to your client list – just contact us for more information on our minimums and order requirements.

What options do I have for gifts?

Browse through our collections to see if anything appeals to you. If you prefer to create your own gift collection, that works too! We will make sure everything is well packaged and arrives safe & sound.

Will you include a gift message with my order?

Yes, this is our specialty. Every gift includes a hand-written note.

When will my gift ship after I place my order?

Your gift will ship within two days after you place your order with the exception of Friday. We do not ship on Friday because we want our handmade goodies to arrive as fresh as possible.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

Nothing makes us more sad than an unhappy customer. First, if you are not happy with what you received, please accept our most sincere apologies. Then, please contact us immediately so that we can help to fix the problem. You can either call us at 978-425-5627 or email us at karen@bisousweet.com

What is the shelf life of your products?

Doughnut Muffins: Our doughnut muffins are best consumed within 7 days of receiving them. They freeze beautifully, so if you don’t think you can eat them all within 7 days, please consider putting them in the freezer so you can enjoy them at a later time. To defrost, simply remove the doughnut muffin(s) from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for about an hour. For a truly amazing experience, lightly toast the doughnut muffins or microwave them for 8-10 seconds.

Cookies & Rugelach: Our cookies & rugelach are best consumed within 7 days of receiving them. These cookies also freeze really well. To freeze, place in freezer-proof bag or container, or wrap the product with plastic wrap. To defrost, remove the product from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for an hour.

Biscotti: Our biscotti are meant to be softer than the traditional rock-hard biscotti. They taste best when consumed within 14 days of receiving them. As with our cookies and doughnut muffins, our biscotti freeze beautifully. Simply wrap with plastic wrap or place in a freezer-proof bag or container and freeze. To defrost, remove the biscotti from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours.

Do you use nuts or nut products in your baked goods?

Yes, we do. We have peanut butter in our facility as well as a variety of nuts and nut products such as almonds, walnuts, pecans and almond paste. If you have a nut allergy, we strongly encourage you to purchase desserts from a nut-free bakery or bake dessert in a nut-free environment. All products are made on the same equipment, and while we do our best to eliminate cross-contamination, there is no guarantee that a product that does not contain nuts does not contain trace amounts of a nut product.

Do you sell any gluten free products?

We make three kinds of cookies that are naturally gluten-free: Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons, Chocolate Macaroons and Chocolate-Dipped Almond Macaroons. That said, our bakery is filled with gluten and is in no way a gluten-free environment. If you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy, we strongly recommend that you purchase desserts from a designated gluten-free bakery or make your own creations at home.

How should I serve and store your products?

All of our products are best consumed within a couple of days of receiving them. Store everything well-wrapped at room temperature if you plan on diving into the desserts within a week. If you don’t think you will eat them right away, we recommend wrapping everything in plastic wrap or placing them in a freezer-proof container, and freezing them until you are ready for a treat. To serve, simply open the bag or container, place on a platter or napkin, and enjoy!

What is the nutritional information for your products?

This is a work in progress, and we appreciate your patience while we work toward having the nutritional information detailed on all of our products. Currently, our biscotti and our doughnut muffins have all nutritional information on the packaging. For nutritional information on our cookies and rugelach, please email Karen at karen@bisousweet.com and she will email you the nutritional information as quickly as possible.

Are your products available in retail stores?

Yes, they are. We actually offer more items in various locations than we can online. For example, we sell cupcakes, whoopie pies and pies in select stores across New England. We have only selected products that ship well to sell online.
