Please access this information on the “Shop” page of our website and click on the product photo. We provide the ingredient list and nutritional panel for every item. If you have already purchased our products, the nutritional panel can be found on every tag and container.

We have the following nuts in our facility:

We are a peanut-free facility.

 

The following products contain nuts: 

  • Biscotti: Almond Anise; Limoncello Almond, Pistachio
  • Cookies: Linzer Hearts (contains almonds)

 

We are SQF Certified and always prioritize food safety. Our production is planned according to specific allergens and we conduct in-house allergen swabs between product changeovers to ensure there is no cross-contamination of major allergens. 

Everything we make is all natural and preservative free. If items are purchased through our website, we recommend the following shelf life at room temperature to ensure you have the best quality experience: Doughnut Muffins: 8-10 days; Biscotti: 40-45 days; Linzer Hearts and Lemon Shortbread: 25-28 days and Ginger Molasses: 15-18 days. If you purchased a product from one of our Retail Partners, please refer to the sell by date on every item.
Our products are best eaten at room temperature but they can be stored frozen in the original packing to extend the shelf life. Please thaw 1-2 hours before eating for the best experience

Our estimated processing time to prepare your order for shipping is 3–5 business days. Please note that this is in addition to the shipping time.

Every order that leaves our bakery is personally inspected and carefully packed with bubble wrap to give it the best possible chance of arriving just as we intended. We do everything we can on our end to make sure your treats get to you safely, but once your package is in the hands of the carrier, transit times, delays, and heat exposure are outside of our control, and responsibility for these conditions passes to the customer. Please keep this in mind when ordering during the summer months.
