This evening, Bisousweet is hosting our first ever ‘be a good cookie’ cookie class for the Acton Boxborough United Way. We’re going to eat a little, talk a lot, and practice our cookie decorating skills. I have figured out the important stuff: what to wear (my usual bakery uniform), how to do my hair (either in a bun or in a baseball hat) and what to do if people get bored (dance party).

We have made the cookies & baked them, and have colored all of the royal icing. All that’s left is rearranging the bakery after we’re done baking & packaging for the day and one last final clean up.
