I have to say, we’ve got a lot of heart over here at Bisousweet.

It’s evident every day as bakers and packagers show up with smiles on their faces and a ‘let’s do this’ kind of attitude. In a world where a quick trip to the grocery store suddenly feels precarious, the bakery has become a safe haven for the team.

Heart shows up when our Director of Sales comes up with an idea during a run and initiates ‘Hearts for Heroes‘. Heart is another phone call. More running, more ideas. All from the heart and the desire to help.

Heart exists as our Packaging Manager rolls up her sleeves and dives into shipping over 200 gifts in five days. Not one complaint. Not one peep about feeling overwhelmed. Or tired. Or ‘over it’. Heart is seeing her enter my office with a grin to let me know we need more boxes, more tissue paper.

Heart is in the teamwork. The camaraderie. The ‘I’ve got your back‘ that we appreciate more than ever and no longer take for granted.

Heart is the gratitude we feel to be able to bake and deliver Delicious Sweet Joy to our customers. Heart is knowing that our mission is to provide comfort, care and connection through everything we do.

And finally, there’s you. Our customers. You bring so much heart to the table, it’s breathtaking. You invite Bisousweet into your lives with every order. Each note, story, request, and interaction, no matter how brief or seemingly innocuous, joins our hearts with yours. You have impacted our lives in the very best way, and we hope our treats have made a difference for you.
